Todd S. Frankel is a paralegal and serves as Best Best & Krieger’s paralegal manager. Prior to joining BB&K, Todd was the paraprofessional coordinator for the Southern California region and a practicing senior litigation paralegal at Reed Smith LLP for more than 10 years.
Todd’s paralegal work has focused primarily on labor and employment matters and also included product liability cases; both areas including class action litigations as well as single plaintiff disputes. He maintained a high level of practical knowledge of various electronic databases which he utilized during discovery for the collection, organization, review and production of electronic documents. Todd practiced in all phases of civil litigation including discovery, pre-trial, trial, arbitration and post-trial.
He is a guest instructor for California State University, Los Angeles’ paralegal program as well as an active member of the paralegal program advisory committee at another local community college. Additionally, he conducts workshops on resume writing for paralegals.
Todd has a master’s degree in legal studies and earned his paralegal certificate from the California State University, Los Angeles and a bachelor’s degree in Photography from the California Institute of the Arts.
